Heath Jones’s defining test came in far north Queensland: two programs managed simultaneously, two thousand kilometres apart.

Construction Capability LeadRhys founded A1 Agency, a content and marketing business running since 2017, and worked brand marketing at Red Bull Australia across national activations including Formula 1, Cliff Dive and Flugtag. He makes capability visible, and he’s been on the ground when it gets delivered.
The other side of that came on site. As an operator in far north Queensland, Rhys worked inside the project environment that sits at the centre of RIG’s consulting work. At RIG, he leads commercial coordination and capability development, making sure the contractors RIG works with are presented to government clients the way their work actually deserves.
Finn is a civil engineer with delivery experience across private consultancy and local government in NSW and Queensland, covering the full project lifecycle from fee proposals and contract formulation through design coordination to construction phase inspection. His background spans emergency structural remediation of operating industrial facilities, marine and coastal structures, a national telecommunications rollout and municipal roadworks.
He is deeply versed in the Queensland planning and approvals framework, which keeps approvals off the critical path rather than on it. At RIG he holds the project engineer function across concurrent contracts: cost and production tracking, program updates, quality assurance and lot management, and weekly reporting to council and client.
Shaun has 30 years in civil construction, from plant operator through leading hand, foreman and general foreman to superintendent, across the Pacific Highway upgrade program, Grafton Bridge and the $2.2B Coffs Harbour Bypass. That progression gives him direct working knowledge of every trade he now supervises: earthworks, drainage, pavements, asphalt, structures and finishing works.
His specialisation is bulk earthworks, backed by flood recovery and landslip remediation delivery. At RIG he runs site superintendence on client projects, currently superintending dam construction works in north-west Queensland.
Heath's leadership was central to the project's success. He managed logistics, people, and production with clear direction, keeping a complex operation steady under pressure.
His proactive approach and clear communication were key to the project's success, subsequently recognised with a CCF Queensland Earth Award.
