A live Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) road restoration program across a remote shire network: gravel pit establishment and testing, stockpiling, resheeting, formation grading, drainage and pavement repairs, delivered to Transport and Main Roads technical specifications. You run the contract administration and the evidence trail DRFA lives and dies on. Lot records, photo evidence to Queensland Reconstruction Authority requirements, NATA testing coordination and hold points, monthly claims, and close-out documentation that gets paid without argument.
Camp and meals covered. Discretionary project performance bonus paid on delivery outcomes. Initial engagement approximately three months, with a pathway into longer term roles with RIG.
A civil engineering or strong contract administration background on unsealed networks. DRFA, flood restoration or council roadwork experience is valued highly. Self-sufficient in a remote camp, current driver licence. Own ABN and insurances.
